Complaint Review: SkyboxTV

I too had ordered a satallite dish from skyboxtv off the internet
with the assurance of getting two dishes for the price of 49.95 that was suppose to be for the shipping charges only, later when I received my bank statement there was a charge on ther for $189.00 and I have not received any product from this company, I have tried the 800 number that was on my statement and of course you can never get anyone on the phone.
I was in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in North Carolina where I live.
I feel a little better after reading some of your previous complaints about the same company now I don't feel like such a big idiot.
