Complaint Review: Skyler Nelson Exotic Reef

I gave Skyler Nelson owner of Exotic Reef LLC money to purchase a protein skimmer for $400.  He took my money KNOWING he was going out of business and did not deliver the product.  Several of his employees have still not been paid. 1 of his employees has a judgement against him for $18,000.  I spoke with a lady and she gave Skyler money to purchase a 120 galllon tank and Skyler did not deliver the product.  I know of a gentleman who filed a report with the Utah Division of Consumer protection against Skyler Nelson and Exotic Reef.  He apparently took money for a custom tank build out and did not deliver the product.
