I recived a Skylight Debit Card as a method the recive my paychecks from my job. After only two months of reciving this card did my troubles start. I got a call from a Skylight rep stating that my card was reported stolen, which it had not been. After assuring them it was not stolen, I was told the card has already been cancled and a new one will be issued. Three months later, and many phone calls, I was told it would finally be mailed. It never was. This is now May and my card was suppost to be mailed to me in September.

Today I spoke with them yet again about when I will recive my card. I was told that I incurred fees for all the time that has passed and my account being inactive. So I was paid for a job in September and haven't been able to access my money but have been paying fees while fighting to get a new card mailed to me.

After all has been said and done I finally get my card Thursday, but of course it now only has $27.00 left, after getting $29.00 fee for inactive account and the monthly $3.50 fee for having the card. Oh and did I mention the fee to have a replacement card sent to me. I'm sure I've left a few fees off the list because there were many.

So if your employer offers Skylight as a method of payment, I'd be a touch worried unless you can afford to work for free.
