  my husband and i used Skylight paycard when he passed away. The frozen my account. When i call they wanted some documents sent to them Call them yes they have them call back in few days. They stated no they didnt receive them. This went on for about 2 weeks. Then a supervisor leaves me a message it will take 30 days for their legal department to review them So i call back in 30 days Then again no they don't have the the documents it will 120 days to review and maybe another 30 days they're not sure. Went to my bank ask Social Security back dates there checks So if you get March check its February check Social Security stated that and told them I am the wife I'm title to the check But always something if not that. That was my money in that account. If you call customer service the start anew date from the day you call I have been waiting over 60 days. So i don't want them to start all over again. Its my money from my paycheck How can it take over 120 days? Thats my money Iam primary on the account my bank released my funds in 30 days
