On August 30, 2006 I went to the dealership to give them my receipt from the emission test so that I could get reimbursed that money. I went over to Bob the person in finance that did all of our paperwork.

He was mad when I asked him for the check because he said that he forgot to charge us for the emission test and now it is going to probably come out of his paycheck. He told me that he can't write the checks and that he is NOT going to write me a check out of his own personal checking account (which I never even asked him to do).

Then my cell phone started to ring and it was my husband and by this time Bob walked right outside his office and started to make a copy of the emission receipt. And Bob was still yelling at me and said, "Why do you keeping on b**?" So my husband tried to talk to him but he hung up the phone on my husband and pointed his finger in my face and said "If your husband ever swears at me again I will have him arrested!"

This all happened while I was holding my 3 month old son in my hands so I walked out of his office and stood at the doorway because I didn't know what he was going to do to me or my son. So then he said to get off the property and called some salespeople to take me off the property.

I told him that I will leave if you will sign a piece of paper saying I will get my money in 24hours. So he told me "I hate when child try and act like adults!!" and continued to yell at me. He was still yelling at me when the salespeople came into the building and had to yell at Bob to shut up because he wouldn't stop yelling at me.

Also I told my sales person to put into my contract that the engine squeaks but he didn't think it was a big deal and that I was making a big deal out of something minor so he never wrote it in the contract. And the 30 day warranty is a complete joke.

I took the truck into service and they said that my warranty doesn't include everything expect for cosmetic stuff and I even specifically asked Bob if it included everything expect for cosmetic stuff and he said yup it sure does.

Also it has been two weeks I have been waiting for a part and they still haven't ordered it because no one will sigh off on it because the total of the part is over 100 dollars.

They are rude and very unprofessional on the first night we wanted to test drive the truck, the saleslady couldn't find the keys for the truck and my husband and I had to go and find them for her.
