Complaint Review: Skyline Shirts

Skyline Shirts http://www.skylineshirts.com/ Charged me but never honored my online purchase having excuses that they are on back order, and when I asked for a refund, they have delayed me for a month. I still have not received it. Miami Florida

I placed an online order for a t-shirt on August 3rd, 2014. After never receiving an update on shipping, I contacted the company a few weeks later and was told "It seems you did not receive our email about the back order issue with the vendor. Currently orders under 6 shirts need to be specially printed with a digital press. The ink for that press comes from Europe and unfortunately we are at the mercy of our vendors as they are currently on back order. We are hoping the ink is coming in about 2 weeks from what our vendor has told us. (date: 
Sun, Sep 7, 2014 at 12:59 PM)" I waited until October, and still not having received at least an update, I asked for a refund on Oct. 20th, and a customer service representative responded the next day, ensuring me I would be seeing a refund on my card within 5 days. On Nov. 2nd, 13 days since I had been promised a refund, I had not received it, so I contacted them again. This is the respinse I got: "We apologize deeply for the inconvenience, due to some major delays concerning our accounting team the refund has not been processed. We will be processing that shortly for you." I have been ignored since then and believe the communication from customer service is simply a facade, but in fact, they never intend to send me a refund. They likely have customers who just give up and the company pockets the money.
