I purchased TV Antenna in November 2018. Paid with Pay Pal. I got a total of 4 channels with the thing and E-mailed them for an address to return. I received a reply from "Jessica" with further instruction for installation.
I returned it by certified mail return receipt and received the receipt that they received which was stupid I guess because now they have my money and the no-good antenna. I have details like order no and tracking number, etc.
