skymall.com Curiouseity has gotten to the better of me at this point- Does anyone know if they really shipp items or not? phoenix, Arizona

I recently purchased to flight units from a company from Phoenix Arizona.The name of this company is skymall.com,Has anybody used there services before? I am working on trying to get my money back from them.I was charged for both purchases and the company cancelled them due to OUT OF STOCK.

But what is funny I contacted the before placing the order,skymall said yes we have them in stock and  we ship them right away.then i placed the purchased and then the monies were deducted from my account.Great!!.Then the next day I received a E-mail saying your order had been cancelled and wanted to know if i wanted the refund or have the item shipped when availeable.I decided to have the refund.Then i got six E-mails back to back telling me the proccess and then the refund would take 24 hours,( I understand this takes 24 hours to 7 days for a refund)Ok. now it has been 5 days with no refund,they sure have gotten there money and I am still waiting for my toys and or a refund..let me know thanks
