skype communications stolen card reported and charges made were fraud.emailed customer service / tried to get phone # to speak to customer service & they do not have one - never followed-up or cancelled membership Internet
my mastercard accesscard was stolen received a email from skype that transactions for membership were successful..future charges to this account for other services will be automatically used on this card...I tried to make a complaint about my card charges were "fraud" when I attempted to call to report this incident there wasnt a phone # listed anywhere!! emailed them about the situation & I never received follow-up status or feedback....this was done on their contactus@skype.net ???
