I received a follow-up survey from Skype after they addressed my issues. Always keep copies of any transactions. Use simple English when emailing them, as English may not be their first language.

Where is the RipOff?

All I get from this report is that you had some mystery issue.  You contacted them about this issue.  They addressed the issues you had, and after the fact sent you a survey to follow-up.
