Complaint Review: SKYPE.NET

I had an unauthorized debit card charge of 31.50 from www.skype.net. Their website looks very sketchy. They look to be posing as a telecommunications company.

There is no telephone number to contact them, but there is an e-mail address. I e-mailed them demanding my money back and I got a generic response stating that due to high volumes of e-mails, they would not be able to respond to my e-mail.

I have contacted my bank, but they suggested the easiest thing to do would be for me to contact them. Seeing as they won't respond to me, now what??
