I purchased skype to phone and cell phone services on April 14th, I made 186 calls in 4 days.  On April 17th, 2017 my account was suspended to use skype paid services.  I contacted customer service via skype and was told to fill out an account recovery form which I did.  

I was told my account had to be reviewed by the recovery team and that it would be done in 24 hours and unlocked and it has not happened.  I have not been reembursed or contacted since this time.  

I then contacted them again via text chat which is the only way to get ahold of them.  They said the same thing again.  You can tell they use canned messages to all responses you send to them via the text chat.  I doubt they are ever real people.  They are probably bots they program to respond to inquiries.  Hopefully this gets fixed but I have no idea as to when.

This place is rediculous.  There is no way to contact the recovery team.  You just have to wait and be on there mercy.  There are also thousands of threads on this issue on their own community website as well as this site and others. You would think that they would tackle this issue after so many complaints but they haven't  

 

I am guessing they are using a security protocol that is looking at the activity of each account which has set parameters that attempt to detect unusual activity and it was probably made years ago and it is probably archaic and obsolete.
