Skytop Roofing, LLC Daniel Engler Roofing company illegally cashes check and never completes contract Denver, Colorado
Daniel Engler of Skytop Roofing, LLC. fraudulently cashed our insurance check for over $6,000 to put a new roof on our home in the beginning of October. He never came to put on the roof, would not return our calls or money. It has now been four months since he received this money for our roof and we still have nothing to show for it.
I have filed a claim with BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Colorado pertaining to his criminal behavior in cashing this check and the breach of our contract.
We can no longer contact him through either phone number as both are out of order. I see that this is the 3rd rip off claim against him and his company through ripoffreport.com alone.
If anyone has any information that would help us get in touch with Mr. Engler, please respond to this claim. Thank you.

September 2016 we contracted with who we thought was Pinnacle roofing (who happens to be the same people you got scammed by) to fix or roof after hail damage. They took our $6300 and never did work. They also scammed about 20 people in the local area. Did you ever get your money back? No idea how to get out money back, banks have been no help. Others that were involved were Eddie judkins, Kyle Roberts, Stephen Engler a far a we know. They used Curb Appeal sales and marketing to cash the checks

I have the exact same problem with him. I do have personal cell phone number that when I call it he answers sometimes. 720-338-4063 and 720-620-0685
