Ordered a SkyWireTVAntenna online, received it the beginning of May 2018. Returned it to them via usps, they received the antenna return on May 14,2018. After many emails to their support team, I keep getting reply's of how their handling a much higher than normal ticket volume, and the request is delayed. Now it is Sept.2018 and still nothing from them concerning the $54.92 refund. All my emails are recognized but unanswered now.  Now they have their product back and they have my money. As many times as we have been in contact with each other, you'd think since they actually have the info of the situation right there at hand, that someone couldn't have processed the refund and finally concluded the situation. Is this the way people are allowed to RIP the CONSUMER OFF??
