slamoc.com Mary Perkins, Sales Representative Took payment as PSN codes, never shipped products. Texas
On December 13th, 2017, in two separate transactions, my husband and I ordered an Epson Ecotank 3700 printer and a Samsung Galaxy Edge unlocked cell phone. Each item was $50, and was paid for by purchasing a Playstation code for $50 from Amazon. The PSN codes received from Amazon were duly applied to each slamoc order.
Before placing the slamoc orders and purchasing the PSN codes, I searched this website, ripoffreport.com, and found no negative reports.
After applying the PSN codes to the slamoc orders, we each received an email from support2@slamoc.com, saying:
Hello, Thank you for your email. Thank you for your payment confirmation. Your order was sent to processing to the warehouse which can take up to two business days. Always at your disposal, Mary Perkins Sales Representative https://slamoc.com Since we had accepted the free shipping, we expected a long transit time, with delivery probably after Christmas. With the rush of Christmas and a death in the family which required out of town travel, we didn't check status on the orders until January 6th. There had been no additional commonication from slamoc on either order, so I checked their website, which no longer worked. I called the phone number which had been posted on their website, 737-202-2310, but the phone was never answered after multiple attempts to reach anyone at slamoc. I checked ripoffreports.com again, only to find numerous reports of people being ripped off by slamoc, with the first complaint logged on December 14th, the day AFTER we placed our orders.
I checked the Playstation website, and both codes had been redeemed already. So we are out our $100.
