Slamoc.com Slamoc False advertisement, Fraudulent Retailer Austin Texas
Slamoc is nothing but a scam.
After considering just blowing this off, I reconsidered, and want to save some people some time oand more importantly money.
Yes, I'm the guy who has always been the first to second guess anything that's too good to be true and yet, I fell for it... LOL!
It's not funny, I know, but when you hear how they lure you in, and their form of payment, it's pretty absurd that anyone would follow through.
For starters, I was looking for a specific fireplace from the Scott brothers line at Lowe's. the model I was looking for was pretty specific and I'm assuming discontinued because it's no where to be found and can't be ordered through the Lowe's website. So after a google search, I found it on slamoc.com. It was rediculously cheap and included free shipping. Again, what was I thinking. so I put it in my cart and proceeded to the checkout process.
I was told I had to purchase a gift card for playstation in the closest denomination to the purchase price, get the digital code, and redeem through the slamoc checkout. Then I was told there was a 2 business day wait for processing.
I followed through with it. Why, I don't know, ashamed? a little bit.
I can afford to lose 50 dollars but, some people can't. I swear this has to be some 15 year old wiz kid who is addicted to his playstation.
So, to finish up, I waited about five days emailed them and was positive I would never get a response. I haven't, but, I took my digital code that I purchased through amazon, went to the sony playstation website and redeemed my code for useless video games that I'll never use.
My guess is that they have either been exposed for the frauds they are through Sony, or have so many codes now that they haven't been able to use them all.

The address in your review is not the business. It is my home, and I have no affiliation or knowledge of SLAMOC, which is/was clearly a scam. A company called Yext was paid to populate this company over +/- 70 directories which made it look legitimate.
I tried to get the user info from Yext, but they could not provide it.
If you are capable, would you, please remove my home address from your review.
Thanks for your help. Paul

Placed an order, all was good and their customer service responded quickly when I had a question. Once the order was confirmed and shown as being processed, customer service was no where to be found. Today 12/19/17, both their review sites that are attached to their website are gone, and the phone number just rings 6 times and hangs up.
