slamoc.com strange checkout using Xbox card purchased through Amazon -this prevents reporting fraud through credit card, merchandise not received, can't get in contact with company
I purchased a Ring doorbell and 2 cameras from slamoc.com using their required payment method of an xbox card purchased from Amazon. I received an email confirmation of the order (no order number on email) and was informed that processing had started. I could expect delivery in 10 business days. I would receive an email when order was shipped. There was no further communication from slamoc.com. The website cannot be accessed (continuously times out). No response to email communications. No item received.
