Complaint Review: Slavi Dillane Titan Plus Construction Group LLC

Beware of this Ripoff Company and this Guy Slavi Dillani- I did a Peoria Project for this Guy and his company Titan Construction Group LLC. I’ve been calling him and emailing him.  He has blocked my phone calls and won’t answer my calls. I’ve reach out to the client and went to the Job site the client have told me they paid Slavi Dillane and Hos company Titan Construction and he should have paid his subs, to finding out I wasn’t the only subcontractor that wasn’t paid. Than a few weeks later someone from his company reach out to me to tell me he is out on medical Leave and he is not able to pick up his phone. I’ve try to work with this new guy to see where I can get my payment but unfortunately this guy told me he had just started working for the company he will try to see how he can help, Titan Construction told me a wire of payment was sent to my account, I’ve never received a wire payment. I’ve contacted Slavi Multiple times he still wasn’t available. When I call the client to tell them I will file a Lein on the property the client have try to get in touch with Slavi and still no response or Payment. Subcontractors if you ever get contacted by this company asking you to bid on project or to work for them this company is a Scam the don’t pay their contractors. Stay away from These Criminals Slavi Dillan should be in Jail.
