I have been attending Sleek Medspa in Braintree for at least 8 months now. I had purchase a package deal for $1700 which included a chemical face peal and a facial hair removal. I went to two facial hair removal and 3 chemical face peal. On my second appointment for the face peel I went ahead and paydown $200 on am package deal of $1000 for smart lipo under my chin. When I called the first week in september to make my appointment the recording said that they are no longer in buisness. I called the other location in West Roxbury, I would call for days and I wouldn't get anyone to answer. One day finally I called and I got someone and she told me Braintree location went out of buisness, after I tried to make an appointment and she said I cant not just yet they would have to locate my files then someone would get back to me as soon as possible. That never happened of course. The next week I tried to call they had also gone out of buisness and I even attempted to drive up and down VFW parkway at there West Roxbury location they where now where to be found. What a huge rip off. Especially when I save my money to have this done. I work part time, am a single mom of two children, and I go to school full time. That money could have went to my education. I am so upset.

I was a sleek customer, they sold me an unlimited package and when i tried to make an appointment for my laser hair removal they were booked, when i finally was able to book my apointment they said they would not be honoring this kind of package, long story short they took my money and never gave me what they promised!!!
I have filed a claim with a few legal entities and there has been other people filing claims the more people who file, the better chances to get some money back.

I also have the same complaints - and actually filed a report with the MA Attorney Generals Office...If enough of us file a report then hopefully the state of MA can pursue investigating these crooks! Please file a report; I am working with Sarah Margolis in that office to pursue my complaint. You can file online and it's quick...
