Horrible experience with this company:  July 26 2012 went into sleekspa for consultation regarding wanting an aggresive treatment for open facial pores and acne, met with representative Trudy Dennehy and after consultation came to conclusion that package of 6 chemical peels for $700.00 leading to tca , then actual tca would cost me $525.00 total package worth 1175.00 would be best route for my goal to improve my face condition, I expressed concern that the purchasing of this package would also be contingent on set appointments because of my job requirements of needing to request time off a month in advanced, and was promised wouldn't be an issue. received the following chemical peels  which I must add the technician was very good: on 8/11/12, 8/18/12, 8/25/12. was scheduled for 9/16/12 but when i got to office was told that this was a mistake, needed to have a week off from any treatments for tca which was scheduled for 9/12/12 so at this point was asked if i wanted to put anything towards my balance so i payed with my credit card 390.00 leaving a balance of 245.00. On Sunday sept 9, 2012 get a call at aproximately 245pm from office manager stating that the company is closed and therefore  I have to contact there West Roxbury location to reschedule! at that point I was so upset because all my work schedule was rearranged I had practically paid for whole treatment without receiving services. I call the West roxbury location I received multiple hangups, then I would get an answering service which took numerous messages from me with absolutely no return calls from them. Then finally on monday the 10th I speak to a Heather at the alternate site which tells me Only available slot for wed the 12th is at 2pm, so im thinking great im receiving my tca... wed at aprox 1pm I get a message from Lee at West Roxbury location stating your 2pm appt is cancelled due to West Roxbury site also now closed! I call West Roxbury number and leave message for answering service to have someone return my call but in meantime I was near their location and office door locked, but there was one girl at office and I went in and asked her what was going on. She informed me that suddenly their office was informed they were no longer in bussiness, and employees were let go, and that hopefully on friday a new company may take over but unsure, asked her but what about the customers that are owed service and treatments? she replied im not sure but maybe in 3 to 4 weeks maybe will receive refund but not sure. I never received a call back from anyone, and basically was robbed. As I was getting ready to leave another girl was there very upset have paid 4000.00 for hair removal service with lifetime package and was told by office rep she may not be entitled to a refund! The answering service is very vague and will not give you information as to who to contact to resolve issue. If theres anyone that has info on how to get my money that im owed it would greatly be appreciated. And Im sure that other customers many will also file complaints, and lawsuits.

IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY, HAS ANY OTHER VICTIMS HAD SUCCESS WITH RECOVERING THEIR FUNDS FROM THIS COMPANY THAT RIPPED OFF SO MANY CUSTOMERS? PLEASE POST. THANKS

I also have the same complaints - and actually filed a report with the MA Attorney Generals Office...If enough of us file a report then hopefully the state of MA can pursue investigating these crooks! Please file a report; I am working with Sarah Margolis in that office to pursue my complaint. You can file online and it's quick...
