This business should be investigated and brought up on charges. In addition to closing down their doors without notice, and not refunding you for services not performed, I was also arguing with them for over a year on their "lifetime" guarantee for hair removal services.  They lied, cheated and then ran without notice.

On November 1st 2009 I signed a contract with SLEEK for laser hair removal treatments with a lifetime guarantee.  In consideration, I fully paid $3,237.50.  The contract clearly states that - Contract Language I understand that laser hair removal solutions are packaged in a series of 6 because this number of treatments has proven to work best for most candidates. As results may vary, in the event I require any additional treatments for the area, there will be no charge. These complimentary treatments must be schedules during off-peak hours Monday through Thursday, 11AM though 4PM Indeed, when I was shopping around for a laser hair removal provider, I specifically chose SLEEK because of the lifetime guarantee.  The lifetime guarantee was a critical factor to my decision in pre-purchasing your hair removal treatments.
 
Then only one year after signing this contract, I was been informed by employees at the Braintree, MA location that my contract for laser hair removal was void.  I tried to speak with Cynthia Arroyo, the manager in this office but she would not see me or return my calls, so Jackie Boomer at the front desk stated that the Lifetime Guarantee in my contract "is no longer valid" and that I would not be provided with any further treatments.  This was a breach of the clear and unambiguous terms in my contract.  A quick internet search shows that SLEEK is reneging on their lifetime guarantee to many other patrons as well. 

Then to further aggravate matters, they closed without notice and do not return ANY calls.

I can't believe that this has not been pursued by the State of MA!
