Complaint Review: Sleep Doctor Mattress

Sleep Doctor Mattress Storeis owned by Roger Wardell and his brother Phill Wardell. Roger is the greedy one of the two,all he cares about is getting the sale and he does not care how his sales people do it. Smoke and mirrors is the company way. I'ts alright to lie as long as you get the sale.

As a consumer you can shop the different Sleep Doctor stores and ask the same question and you will get a different answer at each store, this is a fact. He
feels the average consumer is not smart enough to know a quality mattress from a very low grade, low coil count, over stuffed mattress that Sleep Doctor sells. The Serta brand they carry is no different than the Serta brand
you can find every else. But at the Sleep Doctor they will tell you it has special features made just for them. This is not true, call Serta.

But by them
saying this they can be as much as seven hundred dollars more than the other retailers. Then the sales person will knock money off the price, "I'll give you a great deal on an extra one in back".

Each Sleep Doctor sales person at each store will give you a different amount off the bed, this is what they call "overage".The more they drop the price the lower the commision payout is. Really folks you can get the same Serta for hundreds of dollars less any
where else by knowing what to look for. Do this by comparing the mattress coil count and the different layers of padding, an honest retailer will supply you with actual manufacture documentation.
