Complaint Review: Sleep Inn And Suites By Choice Hotels

i checked in to the hotel at 7:00 and walked back out to go to the bar across the street never even went to the room.

At about 2:30 in the morning i get to my room
and i go to bed. At 3:30 in the moring the fire alarms go off and i make my way to the lobby and wait. At 4:00 the firemen and police clear the building it was a false alarm. At this point i am wide awake and cant get back to sleep because there is a snowplow truck dragging his plow across the parking lot from 4:00 to 4:30.

From 4:30 to 5:00 i had to listen to a semi truck pull in to the parking lot and park next to my room and sit and run.

At 5:00 in the morning i went to the front desk and complained and told them i was leaving and they said i would not be charged for the room and the manager would call me later that day.

two days later i get a charge on my card. so i call the hotel and talk to the manager that even though they said i would not be charged the owner of the building wanted me charged anyway because complaint was not valid.
