I just want my Medical Records. Can Jeanette Robbins please refer all former patients to a specific trustee for collecting our personal medical records, pursuant to federal and state law? Please?
I really don't care about her personal mis-use of business funds. I do care about how my medical records are floating around in some storage unit somewhere.

The Facility owns the records not you. If you want your records you can fill out a Medical Records Request form and send it to them. You may have to pay for the records but once again the Facility owns the records not you.
