I ordered these pillowa in early October. I tried one of them. Overpriced. Very uncomfortable.

I called for an RMA . They repeatedly told me that they would give me a 10pct refund to keep them. Not interested in paying 90% of an uncomfortable set of pillows. Apparently a 60 day refund period is only 30 from their shipping date. I had to pay to return these items.

I have a receipt that shows they were received by them on Oct 28. No credit to my account as of November 3.

I called to ask why the money had not been credited to my account , I was told they were very busy in the warehouse and refund would take 2 weeks. Two weeks? They charged my card in 10 seconds. She also would not confirm that they had received them.Probably busy with tons of returns or they hope that you will never notice. The customer service woman talked over me repeatedly.

They obviously have alot of people looking for refunds to be too busy to return my money. This is why AMAZON gets business , they are prompt and care about their customers. Sleepgram is the complete opposite.
