I purchased a king sized mattress a couple years back. They assured me that I would have a ten year warranty with the mattress just like I had with a prior mattress I bought from them. I asked what would happen if they were to ever move or go out of business and they said they weren't going anywhere and I would be fine. At the time they were having a big sale and I thought nothing of it. About a week later the store was completely empty. now I have dips in my mattress and no one to replace.
