I purchased a Kingsdown mattress from Sleepy's. I had a third party evaluate my Kingsdown Rhapsody mattress and it was deemed unsuitable for sleeping.  I was told that I could receive a replacement mattress but of course Sleepy's has stopped carrying the Kingsdown name and sells the same products under a different name now. Most likely due to innumerably complaints of Kingsdown mattresses. My mattress is not even four years old and it has caused immense back pain.  I called Kingsdown customer service (I spoke to a rude and unhelpful employee) so calling it customer service is a joke. Both companies claim that the other is responsible for the warranty. Please don't bother purchasing from either of these companies. You will be sorry if you do.
