Sleepy's Another bad experience with buying a mattress esp King Koil Norwalk Connecticut
Similar to others I bought a mattress and requested an inspection several times. At first, the box spring was creeking which they replaced with another that did the same thing in a month or two. Then refused to replace the second bad box spring -- just ignored me -- even after it was reported by the inspector. Then the mattress started to sag prematurely. The inspection routine is a 5 minute visit with photos but has not yielded any satisfactory results. I am considering small claims court to address this.
An investment in bedding is significant. I would avoid King Coil and the mattress type that you don't flip...I think this feature gives you less options if there is a problem. It also saves the mattress manufacturer materials cost.
