SLEEPY'S HAS REFUSED TO CHANGE MY DAMAGED MATTRESS THEY HAVE SEND AN INSPECTOR BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE Bronx New York
On december 2005 I brought a bed from sleepy's. Four months into the purchase the bed started sinking in. I called Sleepy's for supoprt and a tech was sent. He informed us that the bed need more support. I then put more suuport but the problem continued.
The second time I called for support another tech was sent and he took measurments and weight of the bed and indeed see that something was wrong but did not give an affirmative answer but to report it to sleepy's When done i was told that nothing was wrong and if i was still unsatisfied to call them back in November of 2006. I have not heard back from them since.
