I purchased my initial mattress in August of 2015,  When the mattress arrived it was considerably firmer than the one in the store so the store agreed to resend another one stating that "at times, the mattresses are not manufactured correctly. When the new mattress arrived, it was not only firm, it smelled of chemicals.  THe store agreed to exchange it for another mattress if I paid $1800 more Plus $100 for delivery.  Desperate to get a good night's sleep, I agreed.  

The new mattress was even firmer and I was told I needed to keep the mattress for 30 days to allow it to ""Break in." I obliged and after 30 days, I called back as the mattress had not broken in.  Sleepy's again agreed to exchange it for another mattress plus a credit for $1,444.53 (which I never received).  The new mattress was the worst one yet, feeling more like a piece of plywood than a mattress.

When we called they instructed us to go to a store to pick out yet another mattress.. We did and then called back. We waited 27 days for a return phone call (Calling periodically to no avail).  Today, I finally got a hold of "John" in customer Service who acknowledged that the refund had never been processed and he had no ability to aid in my issues.

I asked for a refund and was told Sleepy's does not offer any refunds for any reason.  I then asked what he did to serve customers.  He told me that he issued refunds, arranged delivery and made sure the customers were satisfied.  After asking if he saw the irony in what he just told me, he again acknowledged that there was nothing he could do to assist me.  If I wanted to exchange the mattress, I would have to go back to the store for an exchange.

I am searching for anyone higher than "John" to assist me, but it appears that there are no published e-mail addresses for anyone in the sleepys organization anywhere and there is no way to get by the "Customer Service" representatives.  According to "John" he is the highest ranking official for me to speak to regarding my issue.
