Sleepy's My Negative Experience at Sleepy's Hamden Connecticut
Here are the facts as they pertain to my situation:
1) I believe the mattress I purchased was not the same
mattress I tested and agreed to purchase while at the
Hamden, CT store.
2) The brand name of the mattress which I purchased
strangely does not appear anywhere on the mattress or
boxspring.
3) I believe the mattress which I purchased is likely
the cause of the significant back pain and unrest I
experience on a daily basis.
4) I believe I overpaid for the mattress set. In
total, I paid more than $1,800 for the bedding and
delivery.
5) I believe the pillows I tested in the store were
also different from those which I received. I am
unable to use them.
6) I had to have Sleepy's replace the mattress less
than 1 month after I purchased it. After it was
examined, it was found to be defective.
7) I am a stomach sleeper and believe I was sold a
mattress not meant for this type of sleeper.
At the present time, Sleppy's will not agree to
replace the mattress which I believe was erroneously
sold to me with a suitable mattress of the same or
lesser value. This is all I ask for.
