We bought a mattress set from sleepy's in groton. We paid over 2 grand for it. Less than 8 months later it was worped. The pillow top has shifted. The sent out someone to look at it and i was told it was our fault, and there was no support. For one. we had a sleigh bed with 4 center supports, and their boxspring was bowed out. they blamed us for it. and said they wouldn't honor the garentee. but they offered us a 900 credit to get yet another mattress. wich we did we had no choice. This mattress has done the same thing, but worse. we bought there bed frame. we called an were told sorry we did you a favor the first time. so now we have a mattress we can not sleep on. i would Never go there again. they are unfair , do not listen and will not call u back. We have filed a claim with our credit card company to try to get something done.this isn't fair. Now seeing this web site it just make our case stronger.
