I just bought a Kingsdown from Sleepys 4 months ago and it's sagging and has 'pit holes' as I call them. Small spots that sink. When I called to make a complaint, the c/s lady told me the same thing about the frame and if we didn't buy it from Sleepys then we don't have the right support. They never told us about buying the frame to go with it. When I mentioned the smaller pits in the mattress, the c/s said that they wouldn't feel the bed, just look at it. They also damaged my house when delivering the mattress !! $3,000.00 down the drain.

I will check with Eyewitness News who do their Investigations on Companies, maybe we can get this resolved for everyone who got a defective mattress!
I especially feel bad for that gentleman who's undergoing chemotherapy - these people have no conscious - they don't care who they rip off to sell their product. With this economy, and so many consumer complaints, I doubt they will be in business long - and serves them right !!
DO Not Buy from SLEEPYS!!!!

For all you consumers who have gotten ripped off by Sleepys: I've contacted a high profile newspaper who publishes a watchdog column. He has gone to bat for consumers - taking on big companies with great results. We will have our say and get our money back !!!
