Complaint Review: Sleepys

We bought a bed and mattress around Novemeber 2015.  The wrong and cheaper bed arrived first, we had to tell the delivery guys to take it back.  Had to go through several hours of phone call and meetings to get the correct bed. 

 

Today, the headboard of the bed broke.  It hasnt even been an year yet.  The company's service and goods are terriable.  Called Sleepys and they told me that it will take 7-10 days for Mattress Marshall to contact me to schedule an inspection.  After they receive the report of the inspection they will check to see if this is covered under the warranty.  The whole process will take at least a month.

 

This is bull s***.  Probably the worst kind of professional service i have ever seen.  Will not every buy from Sleepys again.  Have already told all my families and friends.  Please be aware of these scammers.
