Sleepys Kings Down Hope you don't have a defective mattress Internet
We purchased the Kings Down brand Sleep to Live at Sleepys. This mattress had seperate sleep zones for my wife and I. Shortly after delivery we noticed my wife's side was sagging. We finally called in the warranty claim. They immediately dispatched an inspector to check the claim. He was surprised to find a 3 1/2" depression and deemed it a defective mattress. At the time of delivery the driver said there was a stain. This stain was a small dust smudge we wiped off immediately. He called Sleepys Customer Service. The customer service then called me to reject the warranty. This is such a scam...despite an obviously defective mattress we are stuck. We are now stuck with an expensive mattress that is unusable.

Sleepys Customer Service stepped up as a result of this report. They dispatched a driver to deliver my replacement mattress. They reinspected and there was no stain. They were amazing today and very apologetic. Now I am hoping that the mattress defect was an isolated problem. Thank you to the Sleepys folks that helped.
One last note...they delivered at the beginning of a blizzard.
