Mattress was bought in december of 2007,reported a defect on one side of mattress-sagging and rolling out of bed.

Called the company informing them of the problem. They sent a person to the
to the house to inspect the mattress , the method of rolling a bar across the mattress to check for leveliness. Also took pictures.

A representive called and informed us that there was nothing wrong with mattress.The statement was made that it was a comfort thing!

There offer was to purchase another mattresss set compatable to what we already have. The cost was quoted at $899.00 for this purchase.

We were then informed we had to return our set,which cost us $2950.00.
The cost of $899.00 was over and above the cost of our mattress set.

What a rip off!
