Sleepys warranty issues, ripoff Paramus New Jersey
I got a Bed from Sleepy's and after one month and not being able to sleep I discoved that the corner of the Mattress was damaged. I called the company and a tech came out.
He found another problem with the mattress, a stain from the factory. The stain is bright yellow with no brown make (ie drying) around it. It looks like a dye from the factory. Needless to say they looked and got an excuss.
The main complaint is not being answered. I called several times and only got voice mail. The rep told me to call after noon to get an answer from the Manager. Needless to say no answer.
