I participated on an auction on the slibuy.com website. The first thing I noticed is that the bid against you, in order to get a higher price for the item. Then when I picked up my items, they were either broken, or missing parts. I even got a swimming pool that was dirty and water still in it because it was used. 8 out of my 10 items that I had won were either missing parts or could not be used. 

I contacted customer service to get some type of resolution because I spent almost $200 and he told me that their "new" stuff does not mean new and parts can be missing. He also instructed me to call the manufacturer because they would provide me with the parts at little or no cost. Which seems like a scam to the manufacturer, any way. After carefully reading their terms and agreement he was right:

1. They do not guarantee the quality of the product even it is marked new.

2. You are agreeing to not sue them regardless of why type of product you are sold in any condition

3. They give your credit card info to several third party vendors

4. They are allowed to bid against you to get a better price. They "act" as the seller agent. 

5. You are agreeing to not sue them no matter what

So basically I am out of money and I am stuck with a bunch of junk that was marked "new".
