Complaint Review: Slim And Tone Workout For Women

Studio often closed, times changed without warning. Classes such as Yoga which had been offered on certain days was no longer available.Trainer too busy with private lessons to show new member the circuit. This was left to other clients which was unsafe. Children were allowed to run around studio when clients were exercising.

After checking the web site I saw that I should have been offered nutrition advice and exercise goals. None was given.

I contacted the manager Ms. Cloud and received no apology but was told that a refund for 2 months would be sent to me.

I have not heard anything despite sending 2 emails, making 2 phone calls and visiting the studio in person.

Very poorly run and unethical behavior.
