Slim Seduction - Slimbody - GNS - Global Nutrition 30-day free trial is not FREE Arvada Colorado
I called a 800 number I heard on the radio for a free 30 trial of this product, by the end of the automated call, which its first question was for my credit card number, I ended up spending $75.95! I was concerned about how I had to go thru all the prompts and they already had my card and I couldn't end the call! The next day I researched the product online and was very concerned about the bad press. I called the company and spoke to XXXXXX and was given an immediate extension for returning the product because I had read about not getting the product back in time was one way not to get a refund. It took 2 weeks for the product to arrive and after one week I couldn't live with my Bitchy self that I had become, I called and received a return authorization, I was told to throw away the open bottle and send back the two unopened ones. I sent the product back FEDEX and had a delivery confirmation. I called 7 days after the receipt of the product and spoke to XXXXXXXXX and had to use my FEDEX information to get them to agree they had indeed received the product and were processing a refund in the full amount. I called my credit card company yesterday and found out that I got a partial refund! I spoke to XXXXX and she realized I hadn't gotten the refund for my "free trial bottle" and agreed to process a refund for the remaining bottle. XXXXXX later called me back to say that she was unable to refund me for that bottle because I had not returned the opened bottle ( after I was told to throw it away ). I asked to speak with her supervisor and had a very difficult time getting the girl to come to the phone. Her name was XXXXXXX and she was so coached on not giving customer satisfaction and not giving refunds for the "free trial bottle", that I had to finally just give up. This company is a money making scam. The thought that they needed an open bottle to process a refund is gross! The direct contradiction and brick wall when it comes down to upholding their advertisement of a "free trial" is fraudulent! I caught XXXXXXX in so many double talking blunders and she could not reach the natural conclusion that an unhappy customer is worse than a happy one. I will tell anyone who will listen about the scam this company perpetrates and warn against the lies and deceit.

No Free Lunch

You've heard the expression, "There's no such thing as a free lunch." Well, it's true. Whenever you see an offer for a "Free* product/sample/trial/whatever" you should take not that the asterick (*) next to the word Free implies that there are terms involved. NOTHING IS FREE!!! A company would probably go bankrupt if they offered free products without any way of turning a profit.
And GNS is just that, a company; not a scam or even a perveyor of "bait-and-switch" ads. The terms that are involved with the Free* Trial (read TRIAL, not free bottle) are even printed on their webpages prior to credit card information being required.
So next time do your research. And don't fall for "Free" offers.
