I clicked on a Facebook link for Slimbiotic Forskolin And Slimbiotic Garcinia . Order free 14 day trial and paid $4.99 each for shipping. Received them on 3/29. Got billed $79.95 and $69.95 on 3/30. I haven’t even opened the bottles yet. I call customer service and she kept saying "I’m sorry for the inconvenience " but you can’t get a refund. BUT I can cancel your subscription and waive the normal fees for doing so. I told her I can’t beleive you’d charge for cancelling a subscription. I also told her I want to speak to a manager because I’m not paying for this when I didn’t even get a trial period. She then said everyone that orders the trial is sent a month supply and pays for it no matter what. And IF I were to speak to a manager they will charge me for cancelling this subscription. I told her I don’t care, I want to speak to one anyways. She put me on hold and came back and said she spoke with a manager and they looked at my account and there is nothing that can be done. I then told her I want a copy of the info that I supposedly signed up for and she said she isn’t in charge of that and they aren’t in. She then offered me another bottle Of product and I told her no I want my money back. I told her I would get a lawyer and she then told me she could give me her discount totaling $37.49. So, I emailed the company and told them I want to return my unopened bottles and get a full refund. I have not heard anything yet.
