Purchased program in march, wanted to loose a few pounds before summer. I paid 999.00 to Robin at Slimgeneration because she promised program would work.  After 3 months I lost 1 pound and had followed Robins instructions. I purchase products, in the amount of $715 starting 3-25-1 to 6-3-16 all on credit card.

After about 3 months, Robin gave me 3 more months coaching because she need to adjust things to get the promised results. I was told by Robin that most client loose and average of 2 lbs a week and I should hit my target weight in time for beach vacation. 

 

I went on vacation, to the beach, which was my motivation for joining.  Came back and was told that Robin was no longer there and that Robin wasn't getting results with her clients.

 

It was extremely difficult to get ahold of someone to schedule or talk to after Robin was gone.  Finally I did and meet w/ JoAnne Davis on Aug. 4th. who told me they would give me 6 months coaching, start over and 25% off products. However my vacation had already past.

 

Next time I tried to schedule, they had moved to a new location (inconvenient for me) and no longer had the time, 8:15-8:30 a.m. appointment available that I needed.  I joined when location and time worked for me. The 9 am time is to late for me to get to work and location doesn't work either.

The vacation I wanted to loose weight for had past.  JoAnne (new coach) said she understood and she would contact her supervisor.  I was told that they would have Lisa Purdue call me, she was the one who could make a refund. After a few days and no call from Lisa.  I tried several times to get ahold of someone and no-one would call me back.  I finally got ahold of JoAnne Davis who said Lisa had told her she tried to get ahold of me.  I have no calls on my iphone call log or messages from Lisa Purdue.   I asked JoAnne for Lisa's number, which she gave me. I left Lisa 2 messages and still have not heard from her. 

 

Desired resolution:

I would like a refund of $1,715, cost of sign up and supplements.  Slimgeneration gave me a coach (Robin) who SLIMGENERATION let go and told me she wasn't getting results with several of her clients. Then they moved location AND no longer offer my 8:15/ 8:30 time slot.

Look at Yelp for true reviews and here!  The 41 positive reviews James co-founder "says" he has are on his facebook page; which he owns and controls the content. Look at his comments in YELP for Amanda V, a former client, click her name, another window comes up:

Click compliments and you can see James F.'s  "compliment" where he calls this client a nasty cuss, liar and tells her no one cares.  And this guy is calling me a social terrorist, lol, what a joke.

Oh and they never said they wouldn't see me! They gave me 6 more months. They were going to refund but I wouldn't take down Better Business Review and Rip off review.  So yeah, maybe after that they won't see me.  LOL

 This client is a typical social media terrorist. We get very few complaints because we always communicate and try to make it right. We are not perfect. We have helped thousands of clients get healthy. I get pretty stubborn with ugly hearted folks. If someone is unhappy with their life, health, figure, beauty or what ever...this is not way to conduct yourself. We will. otherwise. even extorted for money. If a,person wishes to quit on themselves over and over again. Why drag a good company into it? We have very few reviews on line. So when an unhappy person arrives at our company it has a big effect. Yet we have principles in a very unprincipled culture. There are only 2 clients in our history of thousands that we had to refuse service to. This us one of them. Everyone else ,we created this company to help folks. yet even we do not respond well to threats. GOD BLESS. WE ARE DONE.
