I need a physical address to return this item.  I can't use my phone, and only a QR code is provided.  Item is supposed to be returned, by phone, to UPS.  UPS very near my home said I'd have to go to a UPS drop off 25-30 miles away to find a facility that could translate a QR Code to a physical address.  I've TRIED to request this info via Amazon and I just keep getting the QR Code.  No response otherwise.
