Complaint Review: SlingTV and/or DirectTV

SlingTV and/or DirectTV SLINGTV/UNIVISION Based on a need for local channels at an affordable rate beyond the Spectrum package l currently had, but did not need a home phone or cable l rarely watched, l chose to purchase @Slingtv based on receiving a FREE ANTENNA with a prepaid 2 month subscription. The antenna came in mail with in one week. No local channels could be pulled up on phone or net. This was NOT CONVEYED when @Slingtv took my money in advance. Then when antenna did come to house only chatbots Internet

l chose to purchase @Slingtv based on receiving a FREE ANTENNA with a prepaid 2 month subscription. The antenna came in mail with in one week. No local channels could be pulled up on phone or net. This was NOT CONVEYED when @Slingtv took my money in advance. Then when antenna did come to house only chatbots to assist me. No TECH SUPPORT. AFTER SPEAKING TO SEVERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, no ASSISTANCE. So l chose to cancel subscription. @Slingtv will not refund my money even though l have offered to send back their cheap non-working ANTENNA. So l asked my bank to refund my money due to FRAUDULENT OR NON SERVICE.
