Dear Silver Leaf,

I am writing this letter to inform u that I will be canceling mu recant Prepaid Vacation Plan. Reason being is that I feel that the company is not worried about the feelings off people and or customers. After being in the office with what seemed like 5 different sales Reps (really about 3) I expressed to each that I was really just focused on school and work, and that I did not want any plan. Regardless of what I said the consistently badgered me with why and why not’s.

After being there for a total of 5 and a half hour, I just wanted to leave and did whatever I could to get them to leave me alone. On top of that I was anhour late for school (and I had told them that an hour before I was going to be late, and they still didn’t care about anything but getting me to sign up knowing I was going to be late)and failed my final exam due to time restrictions.

So I will not be going through with my Plan and would like my money refunded. I am also going to send this letter to your corporate office along with and other letter expressing my feelings about how Silver Leaf does business and there disregard for customers life and lively hood. And the fact that they will do anything they have to just to get u to sign a contract.
