Slomin's Oil Refusal to enumerate details of services renderwd Nassau New York
Performed services at a charge of $500 with no detail as to parts installed, labor charges or any other detail. Parts installed are unidentified, no information as to warranty, type or number of parts, just one total number of dollars. I have no idea as to how long the parts should last, what the cost of replacement would be, or any other pertinent details that should be apparent in a standard time and mateial invoice for labor and material.
Upon being refused this reasonable info, I am told to take it or leave it and I will be referred to collections, putting my credit rating at risk simply because they refuse the normal information as to what work was done.
