I have had the slomins alarm service for 4 years. I have had nothing but problems with their alarm system. I cant even set it anymore because it false alarms. Every time they come to repair it, I get charged a lot of money, even though i have a service agreement with them!  They claim they only will fix something on their dime that's considered 'wear and tear'. So here I am paying for them to replace their poorly made faulty equipment. Not fair! They had to come back 3 separate times. I called to speak to a manager and he was very nasty and rude. He had no interest in listing to me.  I'm stuck in this contract and I cant wait to get out of it. If I break the contract now I will have to pay over $700 in penalty fees. So here I am with an alarm system thats broken and im afraid to call them in for a 4th time to replace their own poorly made hardware.  I own my company and have ADT in my office . I never had any probs with them. I should have used them for my home, the only reoson why I did'nt is because i was happy with slomins fuel delivery service. So i figured I would get the same professional service. What a mistake. Needless to say I am very very very frustrated. Please save yourself the aggravation I am going through and stay away from their security system.
