 I requested a withdrawn from the company in the 8th November after a win that I had.It is a legitimate win and has passed all the terms and conditions as well as the play through requirement I also sent in all my verification documents.This company keeps giving me the run around after numerous live chat conversations with them.They keep telling me it's waiting for processing from the accounts department which I think is rubbish because when I check the withdrawal it shows nothing has been done or updated since the original date of the withdraw request.
