Slot Nuts Online Casino Plenty jackpots is a sister company to slot nuts 38 Days since withdrawal request ..plenty of excuses but NO MONEY internet, Internet

I made deposits at slot nuts online casino and received bonuses. On October 16, 2011 I actually reached and then exceeded the play through requirements on the bonus I received. I live chatted with an agent to verify this and then was given steps to request my money. I downloaded and printed their faxback form, made copies of front/backs of credit cards used, copied front/back of driver's license and included a copy of a utility bill to verify my address. The faxback form said I could fax all the documents to their fax number. I spent $10 making copies and faxing the info, only to learn by talking to agent over the phone that their fax machine was broken and I would have to email the documents. I got with live agent via chat, emailed the documents, received verification on them and then was told to wait 48-72 hours for my withdrawal to be approved and then 7-10 business days to receive the money by direct deposit. I have chatted or talked with them by phone everyday since then(saving the chats in a folder on my computer) and have received the same excuses concerning my withdrawal: large number of requests causing delay or new withdrawal methods, and they always assure me they are forwarding my concerns to the accounting management and I will receive email within a few days but I have received no emails, no updates and no money. I have the screen shot saved on my computer showing the withdrawal request amount, method, date, and time..as well as all the live chats that read like copy and pasted scripts no matter what I ask. I made deposits to this casino in good faith, but am being scammed out of $900; I have posted a complaint to two gambling sites but they always close my complaint because slot nuts will not respond. Someone please help me and give me some steps to take against this casino to make them pay and to prove they are scamming people like me.

I respect everyone's right to their opinion, especially in a public forum such as this where we are encouraged to comment on posts. I think we all are pretty much here for the same reasons, and we should look to help each other.

I actually did read some things that Ed sent me to  about seizures of assets from places that were doing sports betting.
I have no plans on wasting time trying to pursue this issue in any court anywhere, lol.

I didn't do my research ahead of time before I gave them money; that was my mistake and I freely admit that, again LESSON LEARNED.

I posted the initial complaint to basically show how I had been scammed and to warn off others. I have learned a lot perusing the files at this site, about companies I would not have expected to act so callously towards their customers.
So, I figured that someone might see this while searching for an online casino and learn what I have learned without losing their money.

No need to point fingers at me, lol..it was my mistake..they still scammed me and it was a valid ripoff, but I should have known better, so in the end I let them rip me off by not doing my due diligence before hand.

I freely admit that fact!  So, hopefully someone will see this and not be fooled like I was..that was my whole point in filing this report..I posted earlier that from what I read after the fact, I had come to the realization that I was never going to receive my pay out. Too bad, so sad for me that I didn't do my work before hand.

I appreciate the comments, especially when they contain information others can look up and learn from, like I failed to do in the first place.

Thanks to Ed for providing a place like this for us to post  and read up on businesses.

Actually, it IS ILLEGAL.

Even though many OFF SHORE on line casinos will let people play on line from U.S. locations, this does not make it legal in any way.

IF these on line casinos refuse to pay you, you have little recourse other than to take them to court IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE BUSINESS RESIDES.  Even if you were to attempt this, chances are the court would summarily dismiss your action because of the "clean hands doctrine" of law which is recognized in dang near every civilized nation.  In other words, because you were engaged in illegal activity the court will not help you.  If they won't pay you, too bad-so sad.

NO U.S. court is going to help you recover your funds and no U.S. law enforcement agency is going to help you recover your funds-"clean hands doctrine"

Don't take my word for it, simply go to pokerstars.com and READ the posting on the landing page from the U.S. Government.  Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker were foolish enough to have their servers on U.S. soil and the websites were siezed by the U.S. government.

Any on line casino that tells you it's legal for a person to gamble with them from a U.S. based location is LYING to you-they want your money any way they can get it.

actually, it's not illegal

There are online casinos that accept U.S. players and that do pay out to their customers. I have an account at an online casino and have played there and received my pay outs from them. It is not an issue of illegal..it is a matter of these companies accepting U.S. players, taking their deposits, verifying their accounts and then scamming them out of their money.

Before you jump on here with a self-righteous attitude, do some research or have some personal experience with the issue first.I actually did some research into this particular casino after the fact; yes too late for me, but it's never to late to learn something. They are one of the ones that is actually blacklisted on a few casino watchdog sites. The other one that I have played at and received my pay out is not.

Lesson learned!
I do not expect to get my money from them, I decided to post on here as a warning to others about them;that is why I am posting the chats so that their mode of operations will be familiar to any who get entangled with them.

Having emailed back and forth with ED, the owner of this website, he actually gave me some  information to look up about this casino...again, too late for this issue but lesson learned.

I am just glad that I did not deposit a lot with them, so what I lost was not much in the scheme of things, but it could have been worse and that is why I have a Ripoff Report on them here.

On line casinos are ILLEAGLE in the United States. Everytime you play  YOU are breaking the law.  You won't get you money back so give it up and find another hobby.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Rafael'

Rafael: Hello. How may I assist you?

cfeline: my account is at slot nuts and my username is cfeline

cfeline: wondering why i am still waiting on my payout from 39 days ago

Rafael: I am sorry for that. Kindly hold on please while we are checking your request for any updates..

Rafael: Thank you for your patience...

Rafael: As I have coordinated your withdrawal to the accounting department, they have advised me to inform you that your request is still on process and you will be notified by email or through a phone call once your request has been processed. We do apologize for the inconvenience due to the high volume of withdrawal we have received that caused the delay for the payout.

cfeline: what's crazy is that i am playing at another casino..won and requested a withdrawal..their finance department has kept in contact thru email from the day i sent in my documents, respond to my emails when i have questions and now my money is on the way 2 days after approval AND they provided me with shipping information to verify...so i guess my question is, " why have i been waiting over a month and you have not even approved my pay out, much less sent it, or even able to give me more than generic non-information?"

cfeline: i have been getting that same copy and pasted response for over a month..I have a file full of them saved on my computer as proof...I want real answers!

Rafael: but that is the information on your account provided by the accounting department every time we made a follow up with regard to your withdrawal.

cfeline: you know, I guess it's shame on me for not checking that you guys were not scam artists before I played with you...but rest assured ..this casino is listed on RipoffReport.com and will show up on any search engines when ur casino is looked for online..so you may have scammed me, but you won't be scamming others for long because Ripoff Report is for life

Rafael: we cannot tell the player what is not written on the updates from the players account.

cfeline: maybe it would help if ur casino site did not say 48-72 hours for withdrawal approval and then turn around and have a paying customer who trusted their word waitning for over a month!

Rafael: we do apologize for the inconvenience but we will contact you once we have a new updates about your withdrawal.

cfeline: this is utterly ridiculous..i deposited money in good faith and now I am being screwed..I just wonder when ya'll are gonna admit I'm being scammed and that you are not going to pay me ..so then I can stop wasting my time chatting and calling every day

cfeline: hell, you got my money and have not paid me mine, so you win..may as well come clean, have a good laugh and stop lying to me and wasting my time

Rafael: I am sorry to hear that but please be assured that you will receive your funds once processed.

cfeline: soooo..am I expected to wait another 39 days despite what the casino policy says regarding withdrawals? How can I be assured when I have waited this long and it's not even approved?

cfeline: surely you don't think I believe you?

Rafael: But we do make a follow up for your withdrawal for almost everyday and that is the only thing we can do for your withdrawal.

cfeline: so, why am I not getting an email or a call ? that doesn't make sense.,..I'm sure I'm a running joke in your call center by now..there she goes again, requesting money she should know she is not going to get by now..ya'll probably have a pool going as to how many days in a row I will go before giving up on this

cfeline: but unless your casino is willing to refund me every deposit I made and close my account or PAY ME MY PAY OUT I will never stop

Rafael: we will be informing the management in regards to your request.

cfeline: sure.. 'Rafael'..maybe you have the magic touch that will make them realize that they have attempted to screw over the wrong lady

cfeline: how you people sleep at night I will never understand...

cfeline: BYE!

Goes like this everyday, either by phone or live chat..my only consolation is that I am making those liars deal with me every single day

Dexter: Hello. How may I assist you?
cfeline: my user name is cfeline and my account is at slot nuts
Dexter: Is there a specific question I can help you with?
cfeline: I want to know why I have not received my winnings
cfeline: i don't want the same lame excuses of huge amounts of requests and new withdrawal methods..been hearing those for 38 days already
Dexter: Kindly stay on hold while I am checking your account.
Dexter: upon checking your account, the accounts department are still doing the process on your request, please be informed that we are going to contact you through email once it was approved by the accounts manager, we apologize for the delay, this has been caused by some new systems we have been setting up for withdrawals. However we are working hard to process the withdrawals and your payment will be sent to you very soon. I will make a follow up on your request to speed up the process and don't worry, you will receive your winnings soon, we will keep you posted for any updates. We appreciate your patience.
cfeline: it's funny,...i have saved all my chats with this casino for these 38 days...decided to investigate on some scam sites and slot nuts is losted on many of them and the cahts the people are posting with you guys; some form over a year ago and some with 'Dextor' and 'Jason' are exactly the same as the ones I have saved..those people never got paid either..plenty jackpots is listed as well with the same 'agent' names, the same chat scripts and the same customer service number as slot nuts
cfeline: casinomeister.com, askgamblers.com as well as ripoffreport.com...so what gives? NO one is keeping me posted, i have received no updates, i am not assured of anything except your casino NEVER pays
Dexter: I will make a follow up on your request to speed up the process and don't worry, you will receive your winnings soon
cfeline: I am a living witness to your casino never paying since it has been 38 days and it is supposedly 'still in process'..I have other casinos to compare you to and I have NEVER waited this long or been given so many excuses
cfeline: I've herard that befroe 'Dexter'
cfeline: I want to speak with someone who can tell me when my winnings will be sent! NO more lies, no more 'assurances' andno more excuses!
Dexter: I'm sorry, but that is the information that we have
Dexter: we are not the one who is processing it
cfeline: of course it is..that is always the final lines of your script when dealing with people who are being scammed by you
Dexter: I'm sorry for that
cfeline: yeah well, you get your paycheck in good faith every week or every two weeks..but me, who am I? I just deposited in good faith believing in your lies and now I am being scammed and screwed
Dexter: the best thing that i can do for you is to remind them regarding your request
cfeline: sure...that is all that I get told and I still never receive a reply or update and sure as heck have not received my money
cfeline: how can you people sleep at night? I am not rich and I deposited hoping I would have some luck..I did and now I am not being treated right
Dexter: is there anything else that i can assist you with?
cfeline: apparently not..just assure them that i am keeping records and posting with scam sites and i will not give up
Dexter: yes, I will do it
cfeline: ok
Dexter: Please contact us again if you have any further questions.
Dexter: Thank you for chatting. Good-bye!
Chat session has been terminated by the site operator.

I have a folder full of chats that are just like this one..they are paid to copy/paste a script to us with no real information and no real help.
