I paid 40 dollars. I didnt use any promo codes so I could cash out without limits or restrictions. I played and won $1000.00 us. I put in a withdrawal request And waited and got no response. So I emailed support@slotnuts.com and asked them if there was a problem. They responded back with forms and more proof of identity. So I submitted everything they asked for. Then I got no response. So I email again. She said thank you we have all the info you sent and needed . We faxed it to our accounting department and we will contact you when we hear back from them. So I waited a week or two. Still nothing. So I decided to live chat with support. They said its in progress and thats all she knows. I asked how long its going to take and she told me to Email support. So I did. Got a auto response saying they would be in touch within 24 hours. No one contacted me back within 24 hours so I tried again. Only this time I didnt recieve anything. They are stealing and committing fraud. Taking money and not being professional and honoring their part of the deal. Its not cool, its disappointing, waste of time and ripped off my money and my winnings. They post all these ways to take your money. Even posted that it would be paying all winnings with in a timely matter. 7-10 business days. Its been over a month. I want my money i fairly won!!! Pay up slotnuts or your going to have a lawsuit!
